Full Journal pdf2000-04-25 House Journal Page 3505 SCR 1 Representative Green moved that the House recede from its amendment to: SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 1 Suspending provisions of Rule 1(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, relating to proportional minority membership on standing committees as it applies to the Senate Finance Committee during the Twenty-First Alaska State Legislature. namely, HOUSE CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 1(RLS) Relating to the Task Force on Motorized Oil Transport. (New title authorized by HCR 27) and recommended that the members vote no. The question being: "Shall the House recede from its amendment to SCR 1?" Pursuant to Uniform Rule 42(a), the Speaker appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with the like committee from the Senate to consider the above bills: Representative Barnes, Chair Representative Phillips Representative Kerttula The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate.
